Gritful sells fitness coaching. It does not sell medical care, and the two are not the same thing. This page says where the line is.
This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing in a Gritful coaching programme, is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Gritful is not a doctor’s office, a physical therapy practice, or a licensed healthcare provider, and working with Gritful does not create a provider–patient relationship of any kind.
Talk to a physician before you start. That is not a formality. It matters most if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, managing a heart condition, taking prescription medication, or have not trained in a long time. If a doctor tells you something different from what a programme says, follow the doctor.
Nutrition guidance is general information
Gritful may discuss calorie targets, protein intake, hydration and general eating habits. That is general nutrition information. It is not medical nutrition therapy, it is not a prescribed diet, and it is not a substitute for a registered dietitian or a physician who knows your history.
Gritful does not diagnose or treat eating disorders, metabolic conditions, or any other medical condition, and does not adjust anything a doctor or dietitian has already prescribed to you.
Coaching conversations are not therapy
Coaching at the Elite level includes conversation about what is happening outside the gym, because what happens outside the gym usually decides what happens inside it. That conversation is coaching. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or mental-health treatment, and Gritful is not a licensed mental-health professional.
If something comes up that needs a clinician, the honest answer is a referral, not a coaching call.If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, stop reading and contact emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time.
Training carries risk
Physical training carries a real risk of injury, and that risk does not go away because a programme is well designed or because someone is watching. By following a Gritful programme you accept that risk and take responsibility for your own body.
Stop if something hurts in a way that is not normal training discomfort. Coaching happens online: nobody is in the room, nobody can see your form in real time, and nobody can call an ambulance for you.
No guaranteed results
Nothing here promises a specific outcome. Any result described on this site belongs to the person who achieved it, and reflects their circumstances, their consistency, and their starting point. Yours will differ.
Credentials
Gritful coaching is built on lived training experience and results, not on a clinical licence. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming a medical, dietetic, or mental-health credential.
