This website collects nothing
That is not a figure of speech. As of the date above, this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, uses no tracking pixels, and has no forms. There is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why you were not asked.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
What the web host sees
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, their servers process the requests needed to send you a page, which can include your IP address, and they may keep short-term logs for security and reliability. Gritful does not use that data, and it is not combined with anything else.
If you email
Every contact link on this site opens your own email app. If you write, that email sits in an ordinary inbox, and it is used to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anyone.
If you become a client
Coaching happens off this website, and that is where information starts being collected:
- Trainerize holds your coaching account — your programme, your logged training, your progress data and your messages.
- Stripe handles payments. Card details go to Stripe directly. They are never entered on this website and Gritful never sees them.
Both companies have their own privacy policies, and those apply to you. Health and training information you share in coaching — injuries, medication, measurements — is used to programme for you and to keep you safe, and it is not sold, shared or published.
Photographs and quotes
Client photographs and written comments appear on this site only where that person has given permission in writing, for that specific use. Permission can be withdrawn; ask and it comes down.
Social links
The links to Instagram, TikTok and Threads are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded, so those platforms learn nothing about you until you tap through — at which point their rules apply, not these.
Children
Gritful coaching sold through this site is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Your information
Ask what is held about you and you will be told. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be, except where a record has to be kept — a payment record for tax, for instance.
Changes
This page changes when the site does, and the date at the top says when. If analytics, a payment button, or an intake form is added, this page will say so before it goes live.
