These terms cover buying coaching from Gritful. Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you sign up rather than after.

What you are buying

Coaching is delivered through Trainerize, a third-party app. You will get an account there. Programming, progress tracking and messaging all live in that app, and calls happen by video where your plan includes them.

• Foundation — $100/month. What it includes.
• Performance — $175/month. What it includes.
• Elite — $250/month. What it includes.

Billing

Coaching is month to month, paid up front. There is no minimum commitment and no contract term. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Prices can change, but not underneath you: if a price changes you will be told before it applies to a renewal, and you can cancel instead.

Cancelling

Cancel any time, by email or by message in the app. Cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be billed again.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month you are currently in, and you keep access for the rest of that month. If something has gone wrong, say so — that is a conversation, not a policy.

What is expected of you

• Be honest about your health, your injuries and your medication. A programme built on incomplete information is not a safe programme, and online coaching means nobody is in the room to notice.
• Your account is yours. Do not share the login.
• Programmes, written material and anything else provided are for your own use. Do not resell them, republish them, or pass them to someone else.

Risk, and what is not promised

Training carries a real risk of injury and you take that risk on yourself. Nothing here guarantees a result. Please read thedisclaimer before you start — it covers the medical, nutrition and mental-health boundaries, and it is part of these terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gritful is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from coaching, and any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim relates to.

Ending coaching from this side

Coaching can be ended by Gritful too — for abuse, for non-payment, or where continuing would not be safe or appropriate. Where that happens with time left on a paid month, that portion is refunded.

Third parties

Trainerize handles delivery and payment processing runs through Stripe. Their terms and privacy practices apply to you as well as these, and Gritful does not control them.

Changes, and which law applies

These terms may be updated; the date at the top says when. Continuing to train after a change means accepting it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
